Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us at support@dipstk.com if you suspect unauthorized access. To delete your account, email support@dipstk.com — see our Privacy Policy for how that request is handled.

DipStk lets you register vehicles, log maintenance history (dates, costs, parts, receipts, photos), schedule planned services ahead of time, and receive rule-based service reminders and a vehicle health score. Some features (like "Scan a receipt") use Google's Gemini API to help extract data from a photo you provide. We may add, change, or remove features over time — this may include payments, notifications, or a vehicle-history-transfer feature in the future, at which point these Terms will be updated to cover them before they launch.

You retain ownership of the vehicle and maintenance data you enter into DipStk ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant DipStk a license to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the Service.

You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. Don't submit false, fraudulent, or misleading maintenance or vehicle information. Maintenance records are self-reported — DipStk does not independently inspect, verify, or certify any vehicle or the accuracy of any record, and this data is not a vehicle history report, a warranty, or a substitute for an independent inspection before buying or selling a vehicle.

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; upload content that's fraudulent, infringing, or harmful; attempt to access another user's account without authorization; or scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, suspected fraud, or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any user-logged vehicle data or reminder is accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DipStk will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Since DipStk is currently free to use, our total liability for any claim is limited to SGD 100.

You agree to defend and indemnify DipStk against claims arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date, and for material changes, notify you via the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
