Delete your DipStk account

You can permanently delete your DipStk account and everything in it at any time, from the app or the website.

How to delete your account

  1. Sign in at dipstk.com (or open the DipStk app).
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. At the bottom, open Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm.

Can't sign in? Email support@dipstk.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Immediately and permanently: your account and profile, every vehicle, service record, reminder and scheduled service, all receipt and vehicle photos, and any share links you created.

Want a copy first? Profile → Export service history (CSV) downloads all your records.

Backups

Our database is backed up daily for disaster recovery. Deleted data can remain in those private backup snapshots, which no other user can access and which are used only to restore the service. See the Privacy Policy for details.
